-Can I request more than one quote?
Yes! You can request as many quotes as you like!

-Do you offer wedding contracts?
Yes. A wedding contract is a "must have" and has to stipulate clearly all the services provided as well as all the charges expected to be paid by the client. Any changes to the contract have to be made in writing and signed by both the client and myself.

-Are you insured?
Oh, yes! I'm not adventurous to the point of not being insured!

-Do you charge extra if I want some effects added to my pictures such as sepia toning?
Nope! I'm not that greedy! You can request any effect added to your photographs at no extra cost.

-When is the balance of my wedding package due?
A non-refundable £250 deposit is requested upon confirmation of your booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 3 weeks prior to your wedding.

-Do you teach French lessons?
Errrrrr...nope!

-Will I get printed proofs or an online gallery to see my pictures?
An online gallery. Unless you do not have access to the Internet, in which case I will have a preview book printed for you for an additional charge. The book will be yours to keep.

-How long will it take after the wedding before I can see my photographs?
Depending on how many pictures I have to edit and on the time of year, it can take a few weeks. However, I always try my best to get them online as soon as possible.

-How long will my gallery stay online?
Your gallery will stay online for about 4 months. If you need it for a longer period, simply email me with your request, it's not a problem at all.

-Will my guests be able to order prints?
Absolutely! There's a link to an online order form in the "Client Area", which you and your guests can use to order prints.

-Can I print from a DVD slideshow?
No. DVD slideshows are made with low resolution files. Also, the effects added to create the slideshow do not allow printing.

-What happens if you're ill on the day and cannot cover our wedding?
If I do get sick to the point that I can’t cover your wedding, I will ask other photographers, with whom I'm in contact all over the UK, to cover for me. If none of them is available on your wedding day, I will give you a full refund, no questions asked.

-Why do you only take 2 bookings per week?
Because I like my days off! Seriously though, I edit each photograph individually and we're talking 100s of pictures here! It can take several weeks to edit a full wedding and therefore, if I took more than 2 weddings per week, I would have to rush for the editing which I do not want to do! I limit the number of bookings to ensure the best possible quality of your photographs.

-How far do you travel?
I travel all over the UK and Europe and do charge for travel expenses; Travel expenses are charged at cost.
