Product Replacement Policy
All products (prints, albums, DVDs etc...) are carefully and thoroughly checked before being dispatched to ensure the best possible quality.
However, should you find any defects in your product, simply return the item (by recorded mail), specifying the problem.
Please note that the replacement policy only covers goods that have been found to be defective within 7 days of receipt.
After inspection of the item(s), if any defect is found*, a replacement will be issued.
*Items that have been damaged by scanning, burning, tearing, water spillage and any other damaging act inflicted by yourself or any other member of your family or friends will not be replaced.
